1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Options & Delivery Timeframes
We currently offer standard international shipping via trusted local couriers.
• Europe: 3–15 business days
• International (outside Europe): 5–25 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or factors outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are pre-set by country or continent and will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping is offered in the European Union and Albania, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland, UAE, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Saudi Arabia, and Serbia.
4. Geographic Limitations
We ship worldwide with the exception of certain restricted destinations. We do not ship to Russia.
5. Duties, Taxes & Customs
• All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
• Arvante is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Tracking & Notifications
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email when their order has been dispatched. Tracking availability may vary depending on the courier and destination.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
• Lost Packages: If your order is lost in transit, we will review the case individually and offer a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Upon verification, we will issue a refund.
• Delivered but Missing: Once the courier marks a package as “delivered,” Arvante is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage that occurs afterward.
8. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
• Return Window: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
9. Special Cases & Disclaimers
• Arvante is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, courier strikes, or other events beyond our control.
• Oversized, fragile, or hazardous items may be subject to additional handling fees. If applicable, these will be disclosed prior to checkout.
